What a bloody journey it's been!! So grateful I went with my gut, believed in myself and took the leap to develop My Evolution while 6 months pregnant with an 18 month old 😅

It's been a ride. From 1 machine to 6, adding metabolic testing and giving interstate a go. I don't do things by halves but I have made My Evolution evolve more than I thought I could.

I'm an everyday athlete and I thought my diet was dialed in. I was curious to assess my "metabolic fitness" so I did an ECAL test. Kel Roy did a great job of explaining all the metrics and how my results compared to the established healthy ranges.

The results suggested that my macronutrients were unbalanced and might be causing unnecessary stress to my body. Kel helped me to modify my diet and I've already noticed improvements in my stamina in the gym, in my sleep efficiency and recovery in general.
