Enjoying a peaceful reflective Sunday morning outside eating my breakfast – gluten free granola, coconut yoghurt and berries – while listening to the birds in the reserve.

They simply go about their day.

It’s such a lovely reminder for me to slow down too, go with the flow and appreciate the simple moments.

Today was a special day…..

Woohoo!!! I completed my 2 1/2 year Reiki Master Teacher journey. 🙏✨🎉

Thank you Helene Collard. You are a wonderful and inspiring Reiki Teacher and friend. I have enjoyed our connection and the other places we were lead - giving Reiki at the Wellness Expo in Nimbin together and the beautiful Women’s Circles we facilitated. It’s been an uplifting and empowering journey. 🩷✨💐

I hadn’t really thought of the ending and what it would mean to me. After the workshop this afternoon, I knew I needed to go to the ocean and my favourite headland at Boulders Beach was calling me. It was a race to get there before dark but I made it. It was a lovely trip listening to all my favourite songs between tears of letting go and feeling exhilarated.

The last oracle card I picked today at the workshop, as a message for my completion, had such a beautiful message that it might just have to be my message for the next stage of my life -

✨✨Let yourself be danced by the divine✨✨

It sounds just like the medicine my soul needs and is yearning for.

Bring on the next chapter. 🥂💫

World Embroidery Day was 30 July. I’m a few days late, but I couldn’t resist sharing a little peek at a textile collage piece I’ve been working on.

I love contemporary embroidery because it frees you from the pressure of perfect stitches and rigid rules, allowing your creativity to soar.

The real magic is in the personality and soul of each piece. The uneven stitches, the stories woven in, the colours and textures layered together and the way a thread can wander wherever inspiration leads. Every stitch is a tiny expression of emotion, a moment in time and a little piece of my heart captured in thread.

I’ve been spending my weekend at a Reiki workshop with Helene at Yemaya Centre of Reiki and Wellbeing, enveloped in a beautiful Reiki bubble.

Group Reiki, Self Reiki, Distance Reiki, healing, personal development, linking in with ourselves and the divine universal energy.

Reiki is working it’s magic.

Have you ever met someone and instantly felt a deep, familiar connection as if you’ve known them before?

Or perhaps there’s been a moment in your life where something just clicked…

An opportunity, a teacher, a turning point that felt perfectly timed like it was meant to happen.

These moments may be part of what some call soul contracts. Sacred agreements made at a soul level before we enter this life.

Not all soul contracts are dramatic or painful.

Some are soft, supportive, and soul affirming.

💖 The friend who shows up at exactly the right time.
💖 The mentor who opens a doorway you never saw.
💖 The child who teaches you more than any book ever could.

Soul contracts remind us that we are connected in ways beyond logic and that some souls choose to walk beside us for a reason, a season or a lifetime.

The beautiful thing is that you always have free will.

Even with a soul contract, you get to choose how you move forward. Some contracts can be rewritten or released when their purpose is fulfilled.

✨ What if your soul came here not just to learn but also to remember its light, through the people and experiences that guide you home.

Have you ever had a connection that felt bigger than this lifetime? I know I have.

What a lovely day I have had, escaping in my dreams to Paris and the villages of France.

I started with watching a couple of episodes of ‘Escape to the Chateau - Secret France’ where Dick and Angel visited markets, antique shops, a Speak East Bar that they entered via a wardrobe and they even had a picnic in a cork forest.

To now sitting in the winter sun, drinking Chai and being transported to Paris in this beautiful book, which is the first of a trilogy, capturing Molly’s journey of soaring, surrendering and spiritual awakening.

I have had this book for awhile just waiting for the right moment to devour this treasure and to be enveloped in its journey.

I’m going through abit of a transformative transitional time myself at the moment which has been triggered by turning 60 at the end of last year. Who knows where the rest of my journey will take me. But for today I glide into another women’s journey and soak it up one beautiful word at a time.

I’m having a bit of a break from doing the oracle cards. But if you are looking for some guidance make some time to sit quietly with your journal and inwardly ask your guides for a message of guidance. Sit in silence for awhile and see what comes to you. Then do some journalling to reflect on your message.

If your message doesn’t come straight away keep your awareness open for signs that may come during the week.

Not all messages are grand statements. It may just be a word, a memory or a sign coming to you for reassurance or for reflection.

I hope you have a good week and no matter what your situation is may you be able to see the beauty around you in nature. It is always there nurturing and supporting us.
