New research highlights just how important guidance, education and accessible support are when it comes to online wellbeing; especially for young people.

As teachers and parents, this is a reminder that we don’t need to have all the answers, but we do play a vital role in helping young people navigate what they see online. Open conversations, age appropriate education, clear help seeking pathways and trusted resources can make a real difference.

Creating safe spaces to talk, knowing where to direct young people for support, and modelling healthy digital habits are all powerful ways to help.
