Welcome Emma to the Edge Team!
We’re excited to officially welcome Emma to Edge Fit & Well. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and energy, and will be leading and driving our Group Fitness forward. There is so much to look forward to as we continue building a stronger, healthier community together.

Emma is also opening her Personal Training books and is ready to work closely with those wanting more personalised guidance. If you’re looking to improve your strength, get moving again but don’t know where to start, have specific goals, or simply need support and accountability — Emma specialises in helping you transition into a healthier, stronger, happier version of yourself.
She is launching Small Group Personal Training (groups of 4) — giving you:
