Inclusion doesn’t happen by accident, it happens when everyone is on board. True inclusion happens when we all play our part and just like the sunflower popping out amongst the daisy’s so too can our kids shine!
Learn My Way is now All Aboard Inclusion.
When all key players: educators, leaders, families, and allied health professionals are truly on board, children don’t just survive their early childhood days, they thrive.
All Aboard Inclusion exists to build the capacity of the early childhood sector to support all children, with a strong emphasis on neurodiverse children and those who may not yet be identified as needing additional support.
Our work goes far beyond a few strategies or one-off sessions. We partner with early childhood centres to take a deep dive into inclusive practice, including:
• Policies and procedures
• Practical, meaningful training
• On-the-floor coaching
• Building confident, capable teams
• Creating environments where inclusion is embedded, not added on
Our 360° partnership model brings therapists alongside educators not as a “step in, step out” service, but as a truly embedded approach. Because real inclusion takes more than a checklist it requires shared learning, reflection, and sustained support.
At the heart of our work is this belief:
✨ Children deserve to learn alongside their peers,
✨ to be happy and engaged in their early learning environments,
✨ to build play skills and friendships, and
✨ to feel empowered to communicate in ways that are meaningful to them.
Looking ahead to 2026
We’re excited to share what’s coming next:
• A new intake of students in our flagship inclusive preschool partnership with North Ryde Community Preschool
• Online training modules designed to build educator confidence and capability in inclusive practice
• Seeking new partnerships across the early childhood sector to continue expanding inclusive, thriving learning environments
This new name reflects what we’ve always stood for inclusion that is lived, embedded, and centred on children truly thriving.
All aboard, because when everyone is on board, every child can thrive.
