* CLOSURE & CLINICAL CHANGES UPDATE *
We appreciate everyone is getting lots of updates from schools and daycares, cancellations of events and making plans for Cyclone Alfred. We want to reassure you we remain open, our clinical and admin staff are here to help, and we understand you may need to (or prefer to) make changes to bookings. Our clinical number is available 24/7 for urgent clinical concerns should you need it.
OUR CLINIC: will close at 3pm Thursday 6th March and likely remain closed on Friday 7th. If this needs to change further, we will update you, or if your appointment needs to be moved, we will reach out. We are in the process of managing this, so we apprecite your patience while we navigate the logistics. Our beautiful building was built in 1901 and (apart from a notoriously leaky roof) we hope will fair well, depending on the situation with power outages and access in and out of the city.
MATER MOTHERS HOSPITAL: remains open 24/7 as usual. Babies don’t stop for weather events, but we encourage you to call our clinical number prior to heading to hospital to ensure you definitely need to go, and to update you with any changes to access and admissions. Mater has cancelled elective surgeries, so if this impacts you directly, we will let you know.
