Grief is a portal to the heart, to allow it to soften and open. The tears melt the heart.

If grief is surfacing in your life at present ( don’t know anyone that’s not experiencing grief at some level at present). Know you are on track.

Give your self time and space to have your sadness. Life can be sad. It’s the transition time of shedding and releasing. Making space for the new. It’s the rebirth process.

Let Autumn and this dark moon allow you to drop in, feel & release.
