The animals really felt the call.

These divine parrots 🦜 turned up at my studio while I was setting the space for the workshop.

Thank you to the gentle hearted women who showed up in circle today, open and real.

A nourishing afternoon for calming the nervous system, to exhale and create some space to integrate the shedding process of 2025, to receive support from Mother Earth and meet your spirit animal.

Wow! What an amazing journey we went on.

A beautiful workshop to be the finale for my retreats and online workshops for 2025.

Honestly they just keep deepening and evolving.
