If you know me, you know I’m a summer girl ☀️
So the grey days and slower pace lately felt… disappointing at first. But they gave me something I didn’t realise I needed.
The last couple of weeks have been quietly healing with walks, books without a clock, a slow coffee, catching up on shows and a LOT of naps.
In that space, I reflected on 2025.
It asked a lot.
It stretched me.
It taught me the value of rest, boundaries, and listening to my energy.
As I step into this new year, I’m stepping into a lot of new too.
Rather than setting big yearly goals, I’ve asked myself:
How am I going to show up for myself and my health this year?
For me, that looks like supporting my nervous system through a big transition
and trusting that when opportunities arise, it’s okay to take them —
scared, excited, or unsure.
