Sleep is vital for everyone, especially teens, as it supports their growth and well-being. Teen sleep issues often come from different factors that vary from person to person. They can improve their sleep by checking and improving their sleep environment and habits.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻:
✔️ Aim for 8 hours of sleep every night, including weekends.
✔️Follow a calming pre-bed routine to help you relax.
✔️Skip caffeine and energy drinks in the afternoon and evening.
✔️Turn off electronics and keep them silent at least 30 minutes before bed.
✔️Use a comfortable mattress and pillow.
✔️Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet.
