We encourage our clients to visit our factory to see what we do, and we enjoy providing updates and photos of our progress. We welcome the opportunity to work directly with our clients and help them fulfil their requirements. We are a small team of six made up of talented, qualified trades people, all locals. All manufacturing is completed in house from the chassis fabrication, caravan body to fit-out so we can oversee quality control at each stage. We believe in supporting local and only use high quality grade materials. Nothing is of higher importance to us than the safety and quality of our product. With ever-expanding quality assurance and safety compliance we are always striving to remain ahead. We therefore have obtained certification international Quality, WHS and Environmental Management standards. We are also members of the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC). We strive to do our work right the first time – a real achievement given our units are each one-of-a-kind. Nevertheless, for our customers’ peace of mind, all of our units come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event of a problem, we encourage customers to make contact straight away so we can get the matter resolved. Even after the 12-month period has passed, we are happy to assess issues on a case by case basis. We deliver all our caravans so we can demonstrate their functions and answer any questions. Our custom builds also come with a comprehensive handbook including checklists, operating instructions, best practice maintenance and SWMS (Safe Work Methods Statements). We are experienced with working with local government, water boards, telecommunications and defence agencies. We understand your requirements and processes. There is no greater compliment than when our previous clients come back to us years later to build a new fleet. We are a one stop shop to look after all your needs – from custom built caravans and trailers, after sales service, accessory supply and fitment, servicing, repairs, modifications to looking after your accident insurance claims.
