We are a privately owned and run physiotherapy clinic in the beautiful town on Ararat in Western Victoria.

We specialise in musculoskeletal injury prevention, management and rehabilitation. We offer our services to local businesses and sporting clubs. The physiotherapists at APHS aim to deliver expert care for a variety of sporting and non-sporting injuries in both adults and children. Whether it is a sporting injury, work related problem, neck or back pain, headache, fracture, sprain or strain, Ararat Physiotherapy & Health Services will take care of you. Our team are hands-on, highly trained and motivated to ensure that you receive the appropriate assessment and treatment strategies, enabling you to achieve a speedy and safe recovery from your injury. We also aim to help you prevent reoccurrences of your problem, and therefore you will receive other strategies including exercise and education to help better manage and prevent these recurrences. Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners, meaning you do not need a referral to attend our clinic, nor do you need have medical imaging completed before you attend an appointment.

Please note a Major Change:
There will be NO Tuesday 7am Yoga throughout January due to availability. HOWEVER, we still have two Yoga Classes running throughout January 🧘‍♀️ ✨:
• Monday evenings at 6pm with Lis
• Wednesday afternoons at 4pm with Ange

Can you believe there’s only 8 days till Christmas?!!🎄

Our hours are slightly adjusted over the next two weeks, but rest assured, any enquiries, questions or concerns than come through, will be acknowledged where possible! 🎅

Please note the clinic is CLOSED, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day with no reception team available from Monday the 29th December to Friday the 2nd of January ☺️

Ararat Physio & Co Allied Health Bursary 🌿

Ararat Physio & Co is proud to offer a $3,000 bursary to support a young local person (aged 25 or under) who is studying or planning to study in an allied health field — such as physiotherapy, podiatry, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, speech pathology or dietetics. Preference may be given to applicants pursuing studies in podiatry, to help strengthen local services in our region 🙌

The bursary will be paid in two stages — $1,000 on proof of enrolment, and a further $2,000 following successful completion of the academic year ☺️

To apply, simply email jess@aphs.net.au outlining your interest in allied health, your community involvement, future career goals, and how the bursary would help you with your studies.

Applications close 31 January 2026 🎓🎓
