Our wonderful Practice Manager, Mikayla, will soon be heading off on maternity leave, and we’re looking for a warm, organised and friendly Administrative Assistant to cover some of her in-clinic duties while she’s away!

🗓 Casual Role
📍 Approx. 14-20 hours/week
🕰 Starting early December for training.
📄 12-month contract, with the opportunity to stay on casually (10+ hrs/week) - after Mikayla’s return to clinic.

We’re a small, family-run, family-friendly chiropractic clinic that values a positive attitude, a calm presence, and a reliable manner, to care for people in our community.

✅ A can-do, friendly, patient-centred attitude is a must.
✅ Admin experience and computer skills are highly desired – not essential, all training provided.
✅ Flexibility available for the right candidate. (+ Opportunity for Xmas + NY time off)

✅ Admin hours – 7:45am-11:15am & 2:45pm-6:15pm, MON-FRI

Welcoming Oli to our admin team 🙌🏽

Some of you may recognise Oli from his work experience days with Dr Austin back in July.

You will see Oli in clinic on Wednesday afternoons after school - he will be training with Mikayla for a few shifts as he learns the ropes of admin 📂

At Wren, we know that life doesn’t pause when you’ve got your little ones in tow, so neither should your self-care.

We’re all about creating a space where families feel comfortable and supported. Whether it’s a pram in the waiting room, a toddler exploring the toy box, or a baby needing a quick nappy change - you’re always welcome here.

This week we’re adding a change table and change items in our accessible bathroom, and more interactive toys to our toy box, making it even easier for parents and carers to relax during their visit. 🍼

And don’t worry if your kids are running amuck or being a little noisy - we truly don’t mind! In fact, Mikayla on our front desk is always happy to jump in and keep them entertained. 🧩

Nothing is ever an inconvenience - we’ll always do our best to make your time here stress-free, welcoming and family friendly.

We can’t wait to see you (and your little ones) soon.

Wow, can’t believe it’s already been 2 months since we opened!

We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone in Ararat for the support, encouragement, and trust you’ve shown us. Starting a new clinic was a big leap, and we’ve honestly been blown away by how welcoming this community has been.

On a personal note, Mikayla and I are excited to share that we’re expecting our first baby due in early February 2026!

So not only is the clinic growing, but our little family is too! (Unsure what George will think 🤣)

We’re so grateful to call Ararat home and can’t wait to keep looking after this community for years to come. 🙏🏼
