Gas v induction - for the past 4 years I have been cooking with induction. I had to invest in a new set of pits and skillets (thankfully on sale ) when I moved to a villa unit in Malvern East, my first exposure to induction, it took weeks to adapt.
Earlier this week I relocated, ecstatic the kitchen had gas hot plates, time to pull out the pots and skillets. Hands down quicker and more efficient, bliss! 👏
