As you reflect on the year that’s passing through remember to acknowledge the achievements, the people that surround you that make life lighter, the laughter you have shared.

And as you bring in the New Year make a pact with yourself to be the best version, to shoot for the stars to meet your dreams, but most importantly to LOVE. Thank you Paris, specially Montmartre. I came here with no expectations but I knew this trip would be magical and it did not disappoint. I leave with a piece of me firmly rooted in the place I began 53 years ago. I have loved every minute spending time with my soulmate, the best of times and look forward to seeing my beautiful children, whom I have missed every day. I leave with a heavy heart but a deep gratitude for all that is France and reclaim every part of me on this super full moon. Until we meet again

There was a time in my life where I felt like the biggest loser! (Not in the good way either). I had and have good friends and love surrounds me but something just felt off. It took years of yoga and meditation to realise that although I had all the good stuff in life I didn’t really like ME.

You see I wanted someone to save me, fix my crown because I didn’t love myself enough to fix it myself. This is not a sob story but a familiar path a lot of us find ourselves at one time or another. I read many self help books, continued with meditation and learned new skills that would eventually lead me to Reiki. The first time I experienced it I wished that I had discovered it years before in my Loser phase.

The beautiful journey of reiki is one of self love, self empowerment and deep connection to your soul. The calm and peace that reiki evokes leads you to make the shift you need to embrace life once more. For 45 minutes you are transported into a free flowing state where our energies combined heal the past hurts, offer solutions to our unanswered questions and envelope us in pure love and light. The shift is so subtle but vital to the way we feel about ourselves and others.
