It was valuable to connect with so many clinicians, dealers and industry partners, and to have meaningful conversations around pressure care and client outcomes.

ATSA Adelaide starts tomorrow

The Forté Healthcare team is in Adelaide today setting up for the ATSA Independent Living Expo at the Adelaide Showground.

The exhibition opens tomorrow from 8:30am, so if you are attending make sure to come past and say hello.

Forté Healthcare is looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver / Factory Hand to join our team! This role mixes interstate driving with hands-on warehouse/factory work, perfect if you like variety.

What you’ll need:

MR licence (minimum)
Proven long-distance driving experience
Physically fit – loading/unloading mattresses
Positive attitude & well-presented (customer facing)
Basic mechanical know-how & problem-solving skills

What’s involved:

Weekly trip to Sydney (1–2 nights away)
Monthly trip to Brisbane
Truck cleaning & maintenance
Helping out in the factory/warehouse on non-travel days

We're really enjoying our CPD Workshop series and the opportunity to meet and connect with Occupational Therapists from across Melbourne.

Take a peek behind the scenes from our July Workshop "Putting Care Back into Pressure Care” which delved into the essential topic of pressure injuries with guest speaker, Bradley Fowler from Forté Healthcare.

After morning tea and a bit of networking, we explored the latest research into the causes and progression of pressure injuries, how they impact prescribing decisions and the best methods of prevention.

Bradley also took attendees through Forté's innovative range of High-Needs Pressure Care Support Surfaces and best practice application to ensure optimal patient comfort.
