So, whether you’re looking for time out to re-connect with yourself, movement, meditation or recovery from illness or injury, our space allows you the time to do just that. Our highly experienced & dedicated teacher offers a variety of yoga classes, regular Mind Body Balance Yoga, Restore & Relax Gentle Yoga & Stretch & Release Wall Yoga classes as well as twilight Yin & yoga workshop sessions. Private Yoga sessions~ Our Private Yoga sessions are tailored to your requirements, suitable for all clients. We provide you with an appropriate personalised yoga practice so that you can get the most from your time. Making Yoga accessible to all is our goal. Whether you’re stiff, injured, stressed or just need some time out, a Private Yoga session is a wonderful addition to anyone’s life. Leaving you calm & peaceful & ready to tackle whatever comes your way. We offer sessions for individuals, couples, families, corporate & small groups. About our logo~ You may notice the 7 Chakras through the body of our gecko, the 4 elements on the geckos tail & a little echidna (iwata) for Anaiwan country. Our beautiful Gecko represents rebirth, regeneration & renewal. The lotus (padma) & life cycle of lotus depicts the path of a yogi towards the light, bringing a cultivated awareness of ourselves & what surrounds us, balancing our body, mind & spirit. The 1000 petal lotus flower represents to the 7th Chakra, Sahasara, our spiritual connection to the divine. We acknowledge the Anaiwan people, traditional custodians of the land on which we gather & pay respects to their Elders past & present. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Classes suitable for most, using Prana (breath), movement (asana) & relaxation to help facilitate a sound, healthy body & a clear, peaceful mind. 60-minute classes to enhance general flexibility & mobility in joints & spine, building strength in the large & small muscle groups. For improved strength & flexibility & to release stress & tension. Great for anybody wanting a good stretch & time to pause. Classes include pranayama, meditation & relaxation.
