Every week we see the small moments that matter.
Confidence building. New routines. Quiet wins.
That’s the work we’re proud of 💙

At NESS, support isn’t just a service.
It’s about trust, respect, and showing up consistently for the people we support 🤝

That’s what we’re committed to, every day.
Enjoy the weekend, New England 🙂

This is definitely worth signing up for!

Two years ago, I was asked by The Disability Royal Commission to share my vision on "What an Inclusive Australia Would Look Like"

I feel honoured to be invited to speak at this event to share my views on such an important topic, I am not going to hold back.

There is time to still register and it's FREE

Looks like Alfie has taken “sleeping on the job” a little too literally 🐶💤

After a big couple of weeks settling into his role as Disability Suppawt Worker, Alfie is recharging the batteries. Long hours of boosting morale, supervising snacks, and providing top-tier emotional suppawt will do that to you.

Rest assured, he’s not slacking off. This is essential paw-formance recovery so he can continue delivering the highest standard of cuddles and tail wags.

We’ll wake him when it’s time for treats. Or walkies. Or literally any noise at all.

Midweek reminder that you don’t have to do everything on your own 💙
Whether it’s a big thing or a small thing, reaching out can make all the difference.

Today means different things to different people.

For some, it’s a day of pride and celebration.
For others, it’s a day of loss, pain and reflection.

At NESS, we recognise this complexity and we choose to lead with respect, inclusion and care.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land and pay our respect to Elders past, present and emerging.

Most importantly, we stand for a community where everyone belongs.

A strong support network makes all the difference 💙

We work closely with support coordinators to provide reliable, person-centred support across the New England and Tamworth regions.

Clear communication. Local knowledge. Real relationships.

That’s what we bring to the table.

If you're looking for an NDIS provider who genuinely cares, we’d love to hear from you.

** MEET THE TEAM **

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the newest and furriest member of our team, Alfie, who has officially stepped into the role of Disability Suppawt Worker. He comes to us with highly specialised qualifications and is taking charge of our Paw-sitive Behaviour Support strategies to ensure every day is filled with comfort, calm (pending zoomies), and tail wags. You might notice he is still growing into his uniform, but even with the hat sliding down a little, we can assure you that his vision for the company is crystal clear (pending weekly payments of treats into his bank account, of course).

He is ready to lend a helping paw to our clients, proving that sometimes the best support comes with a cold nose and a warm heart.

A new week is a fresh chance to focus on what matters most.
Small steps, steady support, and celebrating progress along the way. 💚

Happy Friday, New England 🌿

As the week wraps up, we want to give a big shout-out to our clients, families, and support workers who make our local community what it is. Every conversation, every small win, every bit of support matters, and we’re proud to be part of it all.

Have a safe, relaxed weekend and we’ll see you next week 💙

It’s okay to reach out for help.
It’s okay to not be okay.

You’re never a burden, and you’re never alone. There are people who care deeply about you and want to listen. Sometimes just talking can make things feel a little lighter. 💬

If you’re struggling, please reach out to someone you trust. You matter more than you know. 💙

If you need extra support right now, you can contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.

💙 Supporting life beyond the front door 💙

At NESS, community access is about more than just getting from A to B. It’s about confidence, connection, and supporting people to take part in the things that matter to them.

Whether it’s appointments, social outings, hobbies, or just getting back into a routine, our team is there to support each step of the way.
