Hips are feeling it! 🔥
This week, we’ve put the lunge under the microscope, zooming in on hip flexors and what it means to really extend your hips.
Why it matters: getting out of a chair shouldn’t leave you stuck in that flexed hip shape. Learning to fully extend helps you get stronger hips, move better, and walk well, everyday. It also gives your lower back the rest it needs!!
It’s time to give your hips the attention they deserve.

This week in our strength class at Moved, we’re focusing on hip strength - why it matters, how it affects balance, and how it can help prevent falls.
💪 Strong hips → better balance & mobility → lower fall risk → lower fracture risk�⚠️ Weak hips → poor balance & mobility → higher fall risk → higher fracture risk
Weight-bearing hip exercises don’t just improve strength and stability, they can also help maintain or improve bone density, keeping your bones strong as you move through life.
