Dr Jassim is an excellent addition to our team, bringing specialised surgery closer to home for patients with shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand complaints.

An approachable and thorough doctor who takes the time to discuss treatment options in detail, Dr Jassim strives for the best possible outcomes through an individualised approach to patient care.

Our new chemotherapy centre at Armidale Private Hospital is ready to go and will be taking patients from March 17 🎉

We are very proud to be offering three infusion spaces, including chemotherapy for the first time, giving locals another option to receive treatment closer to home.

A huge thank you to everyone who was involved at Armidale, including our managers, admin team, oncologists and educator, who have worked tirelessly to make this happen. A special thank you to the Ramsay Health Care team at St George Private Hospital and Ramsay Pharmacy, who collaborated with us to get this off the ground in such a short period of time.

Honouring courage and sacrifice.

On 25 April, we pause to honour ANZAC Day—a national day of remembrance that marks the anniversary of the landing at Gallipoli in 1915 and pays tribute to all Australians and New Zealanders who have served—and continue to serve—in times of war, conflict, and peacekeeping.

ANZAC Day is a powerful reminder of the courage, resilience, and sacrifice of those who came before us. It’s also a time to reflect on the values they upheld—mateship, endurance, and compassion—which continue to shape our communities today.
