To enhance a womans best chance at falling pregnant, there are many factors to consider however her menstrual cycle can be an excellent diagnostic tool to be sure whether she is yet ready to try.
Chinese Medicine takes into account many factors around this, how long is the menstrual cycle?, is there pain?, what is the colour?, consistency?, regular period? is there spotting? Are her emotions balanced before, during and after the period?
Through normalising the menstrual period from a TCM perspective we can greatly enhance womens fertile health.
Is she staying warm? Is she eating warm & blood nourishing foods and limiting cold foods such as salad, iced drinks etc.
