Part of the Aletheia Autumn Collection, debuting this Saturday 28th March at the Seasons of New England Expo in Uralla.

A bright meeting of fresh lemon and warming ginger, balanced with honey and softened with chamomile. Clear and lively, with a tartness that unfolds into warmth, softness, and gentle sweetness.

Crafted slowly, allowing the lemon and ginger to come into balance over time - where brightness and warmth settle into something more whole, more integrated.

Each element has been handcrafted in small batches, grounded in traditional herbal knowledge and years of clinical practice.

A bright expression of sunlit orange, layered with aromatic rosemary, warming brandy, and a touch of local Yellow Box honey. Gently bitter, herbaceous, and balanced—designed to awaken the palate and support digestion.

Each batch is made slowly, allowing the oranges and rosemary to steep, deepen, and come into harmony over time. What begins as brightness settles into something more integrated—warm, calm, and quietly alive.
