Health challenges have a way of shifting what you can do, how you move, and even how you see yourself. Some days, it’s hard not to feel trapped by what’s changed - or by what you think you’ve lost.

Lately, I’ve been learning to make peace with a version of life I didn’t plan for. But I’m realising the future isn’t a fixed thing. It’s constantly being reimagined - through every small act of acceptance, every quiet decision to keep showing up. Maybe it’s less about chasing what was, and more about allowing what’s still possible to take shape.

If you’re walking through your own version of change or uncertainty, try this: pause and breathe into the space between how things were and how they might still be. Let curiosity soften the edges of what feels impossible right now.

I’ve been thinking lately about the relationship between fear and possibility.

So often, we treat fear like a wall. But what if it’s more like a doorway, with a test? One that asks, “What does this fear want me to pay attention to?”

Fear shows up where there’s something at stake: love, freedom, personal growth, hopes and dreams - even our very identity. That makes it worth sitting with, not silencing.

So instead of casting fear as the villain, try listening to what it may be guarding. Who knows, behind all the fear may be the life you say you want.

Fresh herbs are medicine for the soul 🌱

Sip them in tea, cook with them, or simply brush past them and breathe in their scent. Their cleansing vibes and grounding energy are a wonderful way to reconnect to the earth.

My own fairy gardens are overflowing with these green healers right now. Tending them helps guide me back into the present moment and reminds me of nature’s steady rhythm.

If you ever feel like every little thing that happens must have a hidden meaning you might need to hear something I once said to a client, which is “sometimes a potato is just a potato.”

The Universe is always sending signs, but when we strain to find them, we end up in overthinking mode. That’s your mind talking - weighing, analysing, second-guessing. But true guidance doesn’t come from the head, it comes from the body and heart.

Instead of chasing signs in everything, try this:
💫 Get clear about what you want guidance on.
💫 Hand it over to the Universe.
💫 Let go, return to the present moment, and keep living your life.

When something makes your body respond - goosebumps, tingles, or that deep sense of ‘yes, this is it’ – that’s your sign.

Trust the difference and have a light filled life!

Sharing this beautiful message for anyone who needs to hear this right now ✨💛

The darkest of times within can bring the most profound teachings, even though we may not be able to see any value while we are travelling through them.

Comparisons to others travelling well can hit hard, and you may feel on one hand the need for other people's companionship or calls, and at the same time a deep need to be alone, only to then feel very lonely and despondent within that.

All this is part of what they call the Dark Night of the Soul. These rites of passage can happen several times in one's life or more, depending on your own personal journey.

Whatever you can do to bring nurturing, self-forgiveness, connection to what might resonate, kindness to your inner child aspects and quality care to yourself on this journey of deep spiritual grief, do that.

The light is not at the end of the tunnel, it's lying within you and it will shine again.
