Everyone has a light-up moment - a period of time where they’re totally in the present, livin’ the life and enjoying just being.

Can you guess what mine is?

Sunshine.

Simply sunshine.

It’s the reason why I left my home and family and moved to the other side of the world to find it - and to sit in it.

It always, unfailingly makes me happy and I could live with Summer all year round and never get bored.

The beach is my happy place and my go-to when I’m in not such a happy place.

Everyone needs those light-up moments, and I consciously seek to bring as many of them into my day as possible. Join all those light-up moments together and you attract a happy life.

How refreshing to get away from it all for one night!

Taking only what we could carry including our food and water, it was a challenge to get it all into one backpack. What a rewarding experience. Will definitely do it again. Absolutely stunning surroundings, so peaceful.

I thought I’d share with you this neat little biohacking manifestation trick that I got from one of Gregg Braden’s books – possibly either Pure Human or the Wisdom Code.

Ideally, it’s about stepping into your power, but some may feel they need to clear some blockages, fear or worry before they can do that. This will help with both.

So, prepare for meditation and sit quietly and comfortably, breathe into your heart for a minimum of three minutes.

Gregg says to simply breathe in for four and make your exhales longer but I like breathing in for four, holding for six and exhaling for eight.

I also like to imagine that I’m breathing in the love and light of the Divine. This raises your frequency and opens you up.

Then sit and simply imagine, really imagine what it is you want to achieve. Live it. Feel it.

When you feel the emotion, feel the freedom – the end to your troubles. The calm. The contentment – not just the happiness. Feel it as a way of life. A way of being.

Do this for 10 minutes a day and see the results.

This concept is probably not new to you. I’ve heard this in various forms before. But in the context of reading his book, this really resonated with me.

It’s in alignment with Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza where he details people building muscle mass and improving their piano skills simply by imagining each day that they’re exercising or practising.

The body doesn’t know the difference between what you’re actually experiencing and what your mind tells it it’s experiencing.

It’s a way of reprogramming your energetic patterning which can sabotage what you’re trying to manifest.

Concentrate on one or two things at a time and do it until you achieve it. It does take self-discipline but I’m sure we can manage ten minutes a day.

If you change the frequency of your aura, your field will send out a new message to the Universe, which will respond accordingly.

Remember, whatever you ask for, the answer is always yes, you just have to open your energy net to receive it.

How great is it to meditate in nature?

I know there are some who feel that the energy scatters and is less intense but I feel the opposite.

I love to take my dogs, find a quiet spot, sit in the afternoon sun and breathe into my heart.

I listen to the sounds around me, the birds and the waves, and imagine my body absorbing a sound healing.

And I soak up the energy and blessings of Mother Nature through the earth to revitalise my body.

There’s no better venue in my opinion!
