Hot tips to move on hot days!

Remember these tips to help keep you moving in the mt room throughout Summer.

- Water! Stay hydrated before, during and after class.
- Move in a way that feels good for you - your practice, your pace.
- Grab a mat closer to our doors – it’s prime real estate.
- Listen to your body and take breaks as much as you need.
- Balance your classes – maybe try one of our warmer class types.
- Listen to our instructors, they always provide options to push or pull back.

The goal? You leave feeling energised - not exhausted!
