Over the Christmas break Inform yoga will be closing the studio from Friday the 20th of December 2024 and reopening again on Wednesday the 15th of January 2025.
I honestly can't thank everyone enough for the support with yoga in Ashbourne over the 2024 period, I wouldn’t be able to teach without your ongoing commitment and dedication to regular classes.
I wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and happy new year. I hope to see some of you in the studio over the coming weeks.

Mums and bubs yoga, starting this Spring!!

Inform yoga is looking at bringing a mums and bubs class to the Ashbourne yoga studio, It would assist in postpartum recovery, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing while also being able to increase the bonding and connection with your baby. Beginning in spring if there is enough interest.

Ashbourne yoga returns NEXT WEEK!!!

The studio will be heated for the colder days so feel free to bring some warm socks and a blanket or use one from the studio as we enter the winter months.
Each weekly class will be different over winter with a focus on warming practices and practices to support the immune system.

Introducing baby Reef, he decided to begin making his entrance to the world 1 hour after Wednesday Nights yoga class and arrived 9:25am on Thursday morning 18/4/24. All went well and both myself and baby are doing fantastic!!!

Last week of yoga in Ashbourne!!
As most of you know I will be taking maternity leave to bond with the growing bump (soon to be baby) that has joined us each week for yoga. Classes will be returning on Tuesday the 4th of June 2024, bookings will still be available from then onwards.
