⭐️ Ask an AAC Experience Adviser is back!

🤔Today, your question is answered by Joey (Thanks, Joey!):
"What does inclusion look like for AAC users?"

We love this insight from Joey:
"Inclusion looks like giving me time to respond. It looks like speaking to me directly, not to the person next to me. It looks like listening, even if my answer takes a little longer to come out."

⭐️ Ask an AAC Experience Adviser

🤔Today, your question is answered by Joey (Thanks, Joey!):
"What should people avoid doing as a communication partner?"

We love this guidance from Joey:
"The best thing anyone can do is speak to me directly, give me time, and be patient with pauses. AAC is communication, not a delay, and when people treat it that way, it makes everything work better."

Got something you'd like to ask? Our AAC Experience Advisers are ready to share their insights!
