Well I must say - planking sure is different with a puppy on your back.
Core definitely activated as I was laughing so much!

I love my Saturday mornings - exercising with friends.
Its great for the soul ... and well, what a cute puppy!

What do you do to help move your body and laugh?

Today we enjoyed our last meditation and sound in the Botnical gardens for this year!

We will be back next year so keep following us for our event information!

We still have our last Fri night for the year coming up in the studio - yin yoga and sound.
