❤️ So many of our clients think a colonic will be a very scary process. In reality our clients find it a calm, peaceful and cleansing experience 🙏🏻✨

😬 Nerves are quite normal for a first colonic session…

😬 I remember having the idea of a colonic in my mind before my first ever session. I envisioned a doctor, in a white lab coat, telling me to bend over a medial examination bed with bright white lights on me. 😬 👨‍⚕️ 💡

🦋 This can not be further from the truth:

✨ All our therapist walk you through the whole process and explain what is coming out of you. (Yes, we get excited for you and your releases). We believe in self education and love to chat about your health, what’s coming out and what that means for your gut health.

✨ You lay on a massage table on your back with a sheet covering you. (You are so private we have clients bring in partners or friends during a session)

✨ Our clinic rooms are a more relaxing ambiance with a darker room lit with softer warm lights, salt lamps and oil diffusers.

✨ You go to the toilet and release your bladder prior to your session and put on one of our supplied gowns. After the session you will release any extra water and matter into the toilet and release your bladder again. Then you can go about your day as per usual!
