Absolutely yes, you can! 🙌
In fact, many clients find it even more beneficial during this time. Colonics can help relieve bloating, cramping, and water retention, supporting your body’s natural detox process that’s already happening each month.

We just ask that you wear a tampon or menstrual cup during your session for your comfort. 🩷

Want to know how you can aid your detoxing & parasite cleanse journey? 🪱🐛

💧 1. Hydration Is Everything
• Aim for 2–3 litres of water daily.
• Cleansing increases the body’s toxin release, and water helps flush it all out.
• Add a pinch of good-quality salt or electrolytes to help absorption.

🥗 2. Light, Whole-Food Eating
• Focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, and fibre-rich foods.
• Avoid heavy, processed, or sugary foods that slow down detox pathways.
• Think: soups, smoothies, steamed veggies, and gentle proteins.

🚫 3. Avoid Alcohol, Coffee & Processed Sugar
• These put extra pressure on your liver and digestive system.
• Even a few days off helps your body reset and respond better to cleansing.

🕒 4. Listen to Your Body’s Timing
• Some people experience fatigue or mild headaches early on, it’s normal!
• Schedule your cleanse when you can rest and support your body, not rush it.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the beautiful messages from those who knew I was getting married last weekend 💍💖

We’ve never in our history closed at 2pm on a Saturday before, but being such a special day, we’re so grateful for everyone’s patience and understanding while we took a little time to celebrate. 🙌🏻

We were back in the office on Tuesday and your kindness and support mean the world to us 🫶
