This week my Medical Intuition Practitioner graduates and students will learn practical tools and strategies to support their clients through the menopause years — with our guest speaker, Ayurvedic practitioner Sona Sood . From peri- to post-menopause, and everything in between.

Sona Sood is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Menopause & Gut Health Coach based in Adelaide.

She supports women in perimenopause and menopause to find relief from bloating, fatigue, and hormonal changes through simple, practical Ayurvedic tools that bring the body back into balance.

Her approach combines science with traditional Ayurvedic wisdom, helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies and how to restore rhythm without restriction or confusion.

In this workshop, Sona will explore how menopause and gut health are deeply connected, why so many common “fixes” don’t work, and how small, everyday shifts can ease symptoms and restore energy.

Sona’s sessions are calm, relatable, and insight-filled — designed to help women feel more at home in their bodies again. She runs both 1:1 and group programs supporting women through menopause and gut health with her business, Joyful Healing .
