Every year, 15 million babies are born too soon, including 27,000 in Australia. Prematurity can touch any family, no matter where they live, and often brings lifelong health challenges, emotional stress, and financial strain.

Today, we raise awareness of preterm birth.
With improved care and the right support, outcomes for these babies and their families can be significantly improved. ❤️👶

💦 Post-swim glow… and the goggle marks to prove it! 😂🏊‍♀️ This is how I try and spend my day off.

There’s something about being in the water that just resets your mind, it’s splash therapy.

Between work, family and everything else, I find swimming keeps me grounded (and gives me a chance to breathe that’s not just between strokes 😅).

I’d love to know … how do you stay mentally and physically well? ❓
