Yesterday I started a 4 day immersive workshop into Zen Thai Shiatsu.
I am learning new skills that I look forward to bringing to Calming Harmony and offering to my clients.

It is a modality done on the ground on a mat, very much like Thai Massage. Slow and rhythmical, like a dance of two bodies for the purpose of stretching and releasing.

I am unavailable to take bookings while I am busy learning over the next few days. I still have a few spaces left for next week during school hours.
