As the weather warms, we're reminded of how tender our skin becomes at this time of year. The Australian summer is beautiful, but it can also be harsh, long days outdoors, dry air, and sun exposure often leave our skin feeling a little depleted.

We want to gently encourage you to slow down and care for yourself in simple, meaningful ways. Drink a little more water than you think you need. Choose shade when you can.
