This was told to me in meditation - so thought I'd share this interesting little tidbit 💫

We usually are speaking from our heart - and the whole mind-heart-brain connection is a curious one to contemplate 🤓

I think the idea is to start with mind (higher mind) and decide how we want our heart to be - the energies we want to focus on, create, and send forth (energetically, emotionally, physiologically).

The difficult ones (emotions) will always want to kidnap us - and so then we're speaking from anger, jealousy, hurt, fear, disappointment...

And, sometimes we do need to express that - but there needs to be a balance. Lets not get stuck in those places - keep our fingers in the wounds, digging around and getting in the way of the body-mind's natural healing responses.

encouraged us to 'stand aside and watch ourselves go by' from time to time. If you do this, what do you see?

If the focus on your heart is one of kindness, compassion for others (and self), appreciation, noticing beauty... what would that look like?💜💗💖

We’ve been coming full circle for some time now… but it’s speeding up - dramatically.

As it does the energies will become stronger, & the games will become more complex (& obvious at the same time). It’s not just about You or Me, it’s about ALL of US.

Please do not turn away, do not engage in spiritual bypassing.

It’s not difficult or arduous work.

Meditate in any way that works for you - raise the energies within, & then send them out with Love ❤️

So, I've been sqirreling away all winter (yes, it's been winter on my side of the planet - how about you?) - and now I'm getting ready to share the fruits of my labour.

And by squirreling I mean deep and consistent meditation, journaling following the meditation (this is key I've discovered) and creating.

Some amazing things have happened as a consequence. Physically, mentally and spiritually.

One of which has been a healing of my long term inflammatory arthritis (I may just share a photo of my thumbs! 😂) - which just absolutely delights and amazes me.

Small signs to keep going - I'm on the right path 💖

A big shout out to my support team (namely my guides and angels) 🫶🙌 They have never been more present than they are right now...

Hi everyone - so it's been a while since I posted! And this is what's been happening...

I was in the process of developing the So(u)lution Therapy course, which was a blend of soul purpose, channelling higher self/guides etc and psych practice (the practical 'make it real' stuff), when I was taken sideways in a meditative experience.

Well, one meditation and 2 regression experiences :) so I'm now creating a course called the 'Karmic-Eraser Program' - which is around healing the toxic energies of key relationships to enhance and 'allow' the flow of karmic gifts and creativity. It's also about clearing the vibrational sludge from the Earth that has been laid down and left here over so many life-times lived - or at least this is what I was shown in meditation. It also came out of a deeply personal experience and fight for my own peace, and that's because Karma gets you right in the heart centre 💖

I'm also starting a youtube channel to discuss all things karma, vibrations, relationships and ways to clear energetic muck...

Phew 😮‍💨
I have to say that as a Psychologist - working with this mental frame-up is my biggest challenge.

I have empathy, I have compassion, & I can share practices that I’m pretty damn confident can make a difference if someone is prepared to give them a go. I know because I’ve had to dig deep myself - time & time again!

If you’re a sensitive soul then life is going to keep tripping you up, partly because this world - & the things people do (to you and to others) hurts! And just doesn’t make sense or seem fair from you’re perspective 😟

What I also know though, is that to hang on to painful thoughts, or anger or feelings of hopelessness & help - feels s**t!

I’m not saying it’s easy though- which is why I always start with finding a WHY…

Behind your goals lies your WHY - and if it’s a meaningful WHY - then you can ground yourself in this piece of treasure & find a level of WILL to help you discover whatever it is that helps you get from where you are to where you want to be…

And then hit repeat on that stuff!

I call it reaching - and I encourage you to keep reaching… until you find it ❤️

The measure of intelligence is the ability to change… your mind.
