I love this work so much connecting with spirit, reading for you, supporting your journey. It’s my passion and my purpose.

But post-cancer fatigue is a real part of my life, and some days my body calls the shots.
It’s never about not wanting to show up I do. I miss it when I can’t.
I’m just honouring my energy so when I’m with you, I’m present, grounded, and giving you my best.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for allowing me to work in a way that respects my healing. It means more than you know. 💜

Wherever you are on your path right now, please remember it’s okay to slow down.
You don’t always have to be moving, fixing, giving, or proving. Some days are meant for rest, for quiet, for catching your breath again.

Your body and energy are doing their best to guide you listen when they let you know that they need time. The still moments aren’t wasted; they’re where your strength starts to rebuild.

We live in a world that praises constant doing, but real growth often happens in the pauses in the healing, in the reflection, in the moments no one else sees.

So if you’re tired, don’t apologise for needing rest.
If you’ve pulled back from people or work or noise, don’t feel guilty. You’re honouring yourself and that’s sacred.

Keep walking your path, even if it’s slow, even if it looks different to what you imagined.

Sometimes people can stir up our energy or trigger deep emotional memories and they might have no idea they’ve done it.
It’s not always intentional. Often, they mean well. But the energetic impact can still be huge.

When someone touches an old wound, even unknowingly, it can send our nervous system into overdrive.
You might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or suddenly disconnected like you’ve slipped back into a version of yourself that was once hurt or unsafe.

Not everyone realises how deep these energetic imprints go. They might think they’re being curious or helpful, not realising they’ve stepped into something sacred or sensitive for you.

Protecting your energy doesn’t make you guarded it makes you wise.

🌿 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤; you don’t owe an instant response.
🌿 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲; breathe, journal, walk barefoot on the earth, or hold a crystal that calms your spirit.
🌿 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟; you’re safe, supported, and no longer in that old energy.

✨ My Mammoth Tooth Heart ✨

I want to share something really special with you all. This pendant was given to me by my mum it’s carved from the tooth of an ancient mammoth. Just holding it feels incredible… like I’m holding a piece of history, a piece of the earth that carries stories far older than I can even imagine.

When I first picked it up, I felt this energy flow through me my ear is still ringing Its power, it’s presence almost like the spirit of the mammoth itself was reminding me of resilience, strength, and survival. These beings walked this earth with such grace and power, and somehow, through this piece, I can feel that energy still alive.

What’s even more powerful is that it came from my mum. That adds a whole other layer her love, her protection, her wish for me to carry something sacred and strong. I haven’t worn it yet, but I know when I do, it won’t just be jewelry. It will be a reminder of her, of ancient wisdom, of endurance, and of the way love and strength get passed down in so many different forms.

I can already sense what this piece can do it feels protective, almost like a shield around me. It carries a grounding force that anchors me when life feels overwhelming, but at the same time, it feels like it opens me up to deeper wisdom. When I hold it, it’s as if I’m being reminded of my own roots, my own strength, and the truth that we are connected to something much bigger and older than ourselves.
I know that when I begin to use it during my healings and spiritual work, the energy will only deepen. I can already imagine how it will guide me in my sessions helping me see more clearly, feel energy more strongly, and channel deeper layers of healing for others. It feels like a tool that will expand what I can sense, strengthening the connection between the ancient earth, the spirit world, and the people I work with.

This isn’t just something I’ll wear; it’s something I’ll work with. A companion in my spiritual journey. A piece of the earth’s story that I now get to carry in my story. A heart shaped treasure filled with love, resilience, and timeless power.
