Beautiful souls ✨

The last little while has been a bit of a quiet cocoon for me.
Some healing, some resting, some deep recalibrating… especially around my body and this stubborn tooth that’s been asking for more love than I’d like 😅

But here’s the thing when I go quiet, Spirit goes loud.

And what I keep feeling is this gentle, beautiful wave moving through so many of you right now… like doors opening, ideas sparking, little moments of hope starting to peek through again. Even if life has felt heavy, there’s something lighter building underneath it.
