TERM 2 Kids/Teens Pilates starts next week in MONA VALE!!
For 2026, our Kids & Teen Pilates will follow a progressive, strength-based program, delivered under a Physio-led, clinical Pilates approach.

Our key goals for your children this year include:
- Supporting hypermobility
- Improving posture (especially with schoolwork and device use - causing rounded shoulder posture/hunch back)
- Reducing common aches, pains, and niggles - from lower back, knees, feet, hips etc
- Protecting growing bodies during key developmental years
- Setting them up for long-term movement health, not just short-term

Physio-Led, Progressive Programming
All instructors will be teaching from one shared, Physiotherapist-designed program. This ensures:
- Consistency across classes
- Progressive safe appropriate strength development
- Evidence-based training principles
Your children will see similar movement patterns and muscle groups revisited each week, but with intelligent variations and progressions so they remain engaged both physically and cognitively.

This approach allows us to:
- Build strength safely as bodies grow
- Avoid overload and stagnation
- Support sporting performance externally
- Reduce injury risk long-term from their external activities and sports

Full-Body Focus Every Session
Each class will include a balanced mix of:
Upper body strength
Lower body strength
Deep core stability
Postural muscles
Mobility work

This balance is critical for:
Improving movement quality
Reducing pain and discomfort
Supporting long-term physical health into adolescence and adulthood

Ultimately, this program is designed to reduce the likelihood of future injuries that often lead to expensive health professional visits later on.

Mondays: 4:45pm
Classes remain 45 minutes in length.

Term Details & Fees
Term length: 9 weeks
Cost:
$30 per class (cash – paid in person Week 1)
$35 per class (card/online – due before Week 1)
Places are strictly limited to 6 per class
First in, best dressed (spots are already being taken)
Please note: As with previous years, all terms have fully booked, so we strongly recommend securing your child’s place early.

We’ve seen so many kids return term after term (which we LOVE), and for 2026 we’re taking things to the next level.

This year, our Kids & Teens Pilates is no longer just about “keeping them active” it’s about progressively building strength, movement quality, and injury resilience during key developmental years.

What makes our program different?
✔ Physio-led, clinical Pilates approach
✔ One shared, Physiotherapist-designed program across all classes
✔ Progressive, strength-based programming (not random exercises)

What we focus on:
