We have an exciting position available for a full time physio to join our growing team in our fun and friendly private practice in Avalon, on Sydney's beautiful northern beaches.
Avalon is a relaxed suburb with a village feel, great community, shops and a stunning beach.
We are a well-established and busy family run practice who pride ourselves on receiving a large volume of our new customers through word of mouth as well as referrals from GPs, specialists and surgeons. We are currently a team of 4 part time female Physio’s, all with different areas of interest, including women’s health, sports injuries and post surgical rehab.
The role is primarily hands on musculoskeletal based and includes both one-on-one and group based Clinical Pilates.
We are looking for a full time skilled and enthusiastic physiotherapist, who shows initiative and has a great personality and sense of humour. The successful candidate will also be an excellent communicator who displays exemplary customer service skills and has a wonderful manner and rapport with patients.

What we offer:

Remuneration on a profit share bonus (40% – 60% depending on experience and performance)
Ongoing support and professional development, including sales/marketing and business development
Strong administration support
Flexible working arrangements

Requirements:
Full AHPRA registration
Professional indemnity insurance
APA membership preferred
SIRA (Work Cover) registration preferable but not essential
Reformer based clinical Pilates experience highly desirable but training can be provided
Full drivers licence
2-3 years minimum experience preferable but new graduates welcome to apply

Due to the increasing number of positive Covid Cases in Avalon, we will be only be providing Telehealth physiotherapy consultation to people in their homes.

Although we are classified as an essential service our shop will not be staffed. We will continue to monitor NSW health advice and keep you updated as things change
