Bowen Therapy - Annette Evans

Bowen Therapy - Annette Evans Qualified Applied Myoskeletal Therapist: Diploma in Bowen Therapy. 12 years experience. Some conditions need only one treatment.

These therapies help move muscle and reset the body to heal itself, helping with musculoskeletal, nervous, and lymphatic issues. Bowen Therapy is a gentle yet very effective bodywork treatment for many types of pain and ailments. The positive effects of Bowen Therapy extend beyond the area being treated as it balances and stimulates energy flows, resulting in a deep sense of overall relaxation and wellbeing. A Bowen Therapy Treatment is a series of moves applied over the whole body designed to release the fascia, the connective tissue of the body. By releasing the fascia, Bowen Therapy assists the body to return to its natural state of healthy posture allowing muscles, tendons and ligaments to relax into position and function at their best. It is applied through light clothing, there is no use of oils or any other product. Through consultation and treatment Bowen Therapy strives to find the origin of a problem and is therefore very effective for musculo-skeletal problems whether recent or long standing. The body’s response to Bowen Therapy is often profound, usually within one to two treatments, resulting in fast and lasting relief from pain and discomfort. Acute pain is often relieved within one to three treatments. You may, however, have treatments for relaxation or body maintenance for maximum freedom and fluidity of movement as often as you wish. Some people choose to have treatments on a regular basis for maintenance, others are satisfied to have the problem resolved and only have treatment when there is an issue with their body. Bowen Therapy creates positive change in the entire body on both a structural and physiological level. For example, a treatment for back pain may also improve circulation in hands and feet and assist the body to deal with fluid retention. Bowen Therapy is completely non-invasive. There is no use of needles, drugs or machinery. It is safe for everyone including pregnant women, infants, and the elderly

➋ 378% increased risk of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) following mRNA injection.
➌ 323% increased risk of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) following viral-vector injection.

“When Pfizer and Moderna said that they produced an “RNA vaccine” and that an “RNA vaccine” meant that anything they injected into you would have a short lived (days) effect at most, it was a lie.

When the media, the regulators and the government said it “isn’t gene therapy” without knowing what was actually in the product, that was also a lie.

The primary reason that this is now proven to be a lie is that multiple laboratories around the world have proven that those COVID vaccines contain therapeutic levels of plasmid DNA. DNA lasts for ever and if it integrates into your genome, you will produce its product forever. There is no definition of gene therapy anywhere in the world that this process would be excluded from.”

IT MAY NOT BE SCIATICA, THOUGH SYMPTOMS ARE ALMOST THE SAME.

The piriformis is a small muscle located deep in the buttock, behind the gluteus maximus. It runs diagonally from the lower spine to the upper surface of the femur, with the sciatic nerve running underneath or through the muscle. The piriformis muscle helps the hip rotate, turning the leg and foot outward.

As a result of overuse, injury, or strain, the piriformis muscle can tighten, swell, or spasm. Sports that involve repetitive forward movement of the legs, or problems in surrounding joints like the sacroiliac joints are typical causes of piriformis syndrome.

The location of the piriformis muscle near the sciatic nerve means that when the piriformis muscle is irritated or injured, it can affect the sciatic nerve as well.

Symptoms of piriformis syndrome include tenderness and pain in the buttock area, accompanied by sciatica-like pain, numbness, and weakness that runs down the back of the thigh, calf, and foot. Pain from piriformis syndrome is often worse when walking up stairs, after sitting, or while walking or running.

Piriformis syndrome is often confused with other conditions, especially lumbar spine conditions. Attaining a proper diagnosis of piriformis syndrome is important when considering treatment for low back and leg pain.

Piriformis Muscle Self Release Ball Technique:

After finding the piriformis muscle place the release ball onto it. Then straighten the leg and lean over with your weight on the muscle and roll onto it. Roll slowly back and forth on the ball finding that Sweet Spot. Continue rolling for about 2-3 minutes and then switch over to the other side doing 2-3 sets.

Zo houden we afvalstoffen vast in onze borsten. Dat willen we natuurlijk niet!

Dus de bh moet vaker uit. Borsten moeten wiebelen dames!!
Dus 3 tips:
