We'd love to give you a peak into the life of our Service Users and what a typical overnight shift looks like.

This is the perfect second job or flexible working hours for people that need their day times free :)

🤝 Training Training Training 🤝

Yesterday and today we had the absolute please of having Aaron from Spinal Life Australia come down and teach over 20 staff safe manual handling techniques and procedures to keep us and our clients safe 😊

We learnt so many interesting facts and ways to keep ourselves safe as well as how to use a hoist, sling, slip sheets and more!

This was an excellent opportunity for staff to learn new skills, improve current techniques and have a go in the hot seat and gain some perspective of what it's like to be a person in the hoist and what that feels like for clients and how we can ensure they're comfortable and secure 💪
