Today Tuesday 3rd March is the day of the Blood Moon Eclipse. These events are supercharged, intense and deeply transformative.
This event marks a moment of release, purification and karmic cleansing. This event invites us to clear space in our life and move closer to true alignment with our souls path.
This event is meaningful for everyone, but will be felt more personally by those of us born under the signs of Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius and Pisces. Those of us under these signs will experience significant changes and moments of completion in one or more areas of our lives. A chapter is coming to a close and therefore this is a time for reflection, release and integration. Fire horse energy is known historically for rebellion, rapid change, break-ups and breakthroughs, it's focus is on intense self reinvention. You can expect accelerated timelines. Self care rituals.
What do these look like for you?
Taking time out to prioritise self is a vital part of our routine, one that we need to practice daily.
We often get so caught up with the daily pressures of life that we forget to practice self care.
But what and how do we do this, well it can be 5 minutes to sit with self and do a check in, ask yourself how you feel emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally.
It might be a morning walk, a daily workout like yoga or pilates, sitting in your garden with a cup of tea, reading a book, taking a long hot shower/bath. There are no boundaries it is something for you. Something that slows you down, that brings awareness back to self and encourages you to put yourself first.
We make time for so many things in our lives let's make time for us.

Hello, you bunch of magnificent humans.
I thought I might introduce myself to any new followers and of course to my beautiful long term followers here is a little re-introduction.
Well my name is Meaghan, I am also known as Meg's, Megsy, or Meg (and anything else others like to call me 🫢).
I am a mum of 2, I have 2 dogs, I was a kindergarten teacher for many many years which I loved. But one day the calling to become a holistic counsellor and Reiki practitioner was heard and actioned.
Moving into a whole new industry has been exciting, scary, challenging but most of all absolutely fabulous.
It has shown me a whole new way of living, it has built my awareness of self in a way I could never have imagined. I love living every day holding space for those around me, those that deserve it ofcourse.
The awareness of my own peace and how important it is, has been a revelation.
It's like meeting a whole new me.
But what I love most about this profession is the ability to help people young, old and everything in between.
The time spent with people during their session is always full of honesty, clarity, guidance, understanding, self awareness, empathy, joy, confirmation, and exploration.
They are about you, for you.
The sessions leave you feeling light with a sense of calm. You will find your mind quiet where before there was noise, the body will feel relaxed where before there was tension.
Your energy will be balanced and communicating with the body and mind. You will feel whole again.
The combination of automatic writing, holistic counselling/guidance and Reiki makes for a beautiful re-awakening and deep connection to self.

What even is Intuition?
Well it is a bridge between conscious and unconscious minds, between instinct and reason.
