Self care rituals.
What do these look like for you?
Taking time out to prioritise self is a vital part of our routine, one that we need to practice daily.
We often get so caught up with the daily pressures of life that we forget to practice self care.
But what and how do we do this, well it can be 5 minutes to sit with self and do a check in, ask yourself how you feel emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally.
It might be a morning walk, a daily workout like yoga or pilates, sitting in your garden with a cup of tea, reading a book, taking a long hot shower/bath. There are no boundaries it is something for you. Something that slows you down, that brings awareness back to self and encourages you to put yourself first.
We make time for so many things in our lives let's make time for us.
