Nadia Rose is a spiritual Heart Flow Healer and transformational counselling psychotherapist who brings together over 30 years of training, education, and professional experience to offer this refined series of guided healing therapy sessions. These sessions are mindfully and professionally crafted, drawing upon psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and Heart Flow healing techniques and philosophies. They are designed to support a wide range of physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs, offering a gentle and compassionate pathway toward restorative healing and inner transformation.

It is recommended that any guided healing session should be used sparingly, maybe once a week, fortnight or monthly to begin with, depending of your response to them, and then may be used whenever you feel that you need it. These guided healing meditations can be used in conjuction with the healing meditations on this website as part of your spiritual and psychological “tool kit” and your health and wellbeing routine.

These healing practices are offered as complementary support and are not intended to replace professional psychological care when it is required. It is strongly advised that those people who have mental and emotional imbalanced conditions do not use these guided healing sessions, as overstimulation may occur and create further imbalances to your mental health.

If you find you become overwhelmed, overemotional or overstimulated after using any of the guided healing sessions, slow down your process by reducing or by stopping the use of them.
