Trainers don't have it all made for them & I'll tell you why. They deal with the same issues of energy, sleep & motivation. They're always extremely busy guiding other people. They have days when their mental health might not be the best. They have struggled with their own injuries & fight their own demons. They might also think they aren't changing. I've been all of the above countless times. ➡️ Sometimes a lack of energy & sleep. ➡️ Never motivated to train & prep food. ➡️ Always guiding others. ➡️ There are days where I feel down or "over it." ➡️ Battled chronic back pain for 2 years. ➡️ Always told myself I was never changing. Yet with all these obstacles & barriers in place, just like everyone else who has tried to change & successfully done so, I focused on being awesome at the bare minimum & raised that standard by 1% each and every week.
