If you work in an office, there’s a good chance you’re spending more time in survival mode than you realise.

Back-to-back meetings.
Deadlines.
Notifications.
Sitting still all day while your brain runs a marathon.

Even if nothing feels “wrong”… your nervous system stays switched on — constant stress = constant activation.

When your system doesn’t get the signal that it’s safe to relax, it becomes harder to:
• think clearly
• regulate emotions
• sleep deeply
• recover properly
• feel present

A reset doesn’t need to be complicated.

Breathwork is one of the fastest ways to shift your body from “fight or flight” into “rest and digest”.

Try this now (60 seconds):
Inhale through the nose for 4
Hold for 2
Exhale slowly for 6–8
Repeat 5 times
Slow exhale = safety signal.

And clarity often follows.

Optimal pelvic alignment during pregnancy isn’t just about comfort — it plays a huge role in preparing your body for birth.

When the pelvis is balanced and the sacrum can move freely, baby has more space to descend, rotate and settle into an ideal position. But when the pelvis is tilted or restricted, it can contribute to back pain, slower labour progression, and added pressure on the lower spine.

As a chiropractor, I use gentle, pregnancy-safe techniques to support pelvic balance, relieve tension, and encourage better nervous system function — helping your body feel more aligned and prepared for labour.

A more aligned pelvis often means:
• Improved baby positioning
• Reduced pelvic and low-back tension
• Better mobility leading into birth
• Smoother, more efficient labour mechanics

Andrew’s leadership and passion for people’s growth and wellbeing is second to none, so the Bombers couldn’t be in better hands.

His leadership was on full display hosting Essendon’s first to fourth year players in at Pando for a wellbeing and culture day.
