The Vitality program is designed to help older adults build strength, improve mobility, and stay active in a supportive, social environment. For our members, it’s more than just exercise it’s about regaining confidence, maintaining independence, and connecting with others who get it.

Each week, our group comes together to challenge themselves, share a few laughs, and celebrate every win (big or small).

Last weekend one of our Physiotherapists Ange joined the for an ocean paddle.

At Hurricane they are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for paddlers of all abilities!
Their goal is simple to support paddlers at every level, whether you’re looking to make new friends, try canoeing for the first time or compete!

And this year they launched their Para-Canoe program, focusing on supporting paddlers with physical disabilities as they lay the ground work for the fully adaptive program that is inclusive for all abilities!

We love seeing programs like this in our community ones that celebrate inclusion and possibility. At Integrated Support Solutions, we share a similar belief that disability is not a limitation that everyone deserves the opportunity to explore, connect, and take the dignity of risk in pursuing what lights them up. 💪🌊
