This unique program combines:
🥊 Boxing drills and techniques
💪 Interval-based strength and conditioning
🌟 Targeted support tailored to individual needs

Led by Instructor Noel, a qualified NDIS Allied Health Assistant and experienced boxing coach, POWER helps participants improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a supportive and inclusive environment.

This OT Week, we’re celebrating the incredible versatility of our Occupational Therapists here at Integrated Support Solutions 🙌

From delivering community training, walking group for Amputees and completing clinical assessments for adaptive mountain biking, in the hills to helping participants build confidence in the kitchen and access the right equipment to live independently our OTs are truly everywhere 💪

Every day looks different, but the goal is always the same: empowering participants to live meaningful, fulfilling, and independent lives. 🌿
