Ready to Birth with Holly Tincey is a practical, empowering 3-hour interactive session designed to help you and your birth partner feel informed, calm and confident as you approach labour and birth.

Holly is an Endorsed Midwife and IBCLC, passionate about supporting and educating couples through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

In this session, you’ll learn how your body works in labour and how to best support it, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Dr Stuart Prosser spent the week alongside Prof Donna Geddes in Lisbon, Portugal, as invited speakers at Medela’s European Breastfeeding & Lactation Symposium ✨

Stuart shared the important work we do at Western Obstetrics using a lactation screening tool that helps us identify women who may need a little extra support with breastfeeding, before challenges arise.

This screening happens during pregnancy and again in the early days after birth, helping us provide personalised, proactive care for every mum and baby.
