For more than 18 months, MYVISTA Mirrabooka Retirement Living residents have been participating in the Chair Yoga for seniors program With two sessions every week, it’s a wonderful way to stay active, build strength and keep moving as we get older.
Gentle stretches, breathing exercises and plenty of smiles make each class a joy and of course, they finish with coffee and biscuits to replace all those calories we’ve just burnt off!
