At Act Believe Achieve, we're dedicated to providing meaningful work experience and social connections for NDIS participants through engaging activities on our vibrant hobby farm. Located in the beautiful Perth area, we offer a unique blend of hands-on learning opportunities that empower individuals to discover their passions and develop their skills. Whether it's animal care, gardening, woodworking, or creative arts, our participants are involved in a wide range of activities that not only build confidence but also contribute to the community. From tending to animals and building projects to growing vegetables and cooking, there's always something exciting happening here! We're also excited to offer respite options in our cosy 2-bedroom cabin, providing a peaceful and supportive environment for participants to relax and recharge. Plus, with many programs available, participants can gain valuable work experience or simply enjoy interacting with the animals and soaking in the serenity of our farm. Our mission is simple: to create an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can thrive. We believe in the power of teamwork, the joy of learning new things, and the importance of having fun while doing it! As we wrap up an incredible year, we just want to take a moment to say thank you.

Thank you to our participants, who show up each day with courage, growth, laughter, and determination.
Thank you to our families, carers, and support coordinators for trusting us to be part of your journey.
Thank you to our staff and volunteers, who pour their hearts into everything they do.
And thank you to our community, who have supported us through our Open Days, events, conversations, and shared memories.

From busy Open Days filled with laughter, to quiet moments of progress in our programs — this year has been one we’ll always remember. The connections made here, the confidence built, and the friendships formed are what make Act Believe Achieve so special.
