Meet Sami ✨

Sami has been teaching our Monday evening classes for a few weeks and is already such a valued member of our team + community.

We're thrilled to announce that Sami will be adding a new class to her schedule - every Wednesday at 6:30pm!

Bookings for next week are now open!

Sami is a dedicated Reformer Pilates instructor passionate about empowering people through movement. She creates classes that focus on strength, mobility, and control, helping you find confidence in your own body.

Her classes are supportive and inclusive, pushing you to challenge your limits safely. Expect to leave each class feeling stronger, capable, and energized.

As a belated celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, we wanted to use this opportunity to highlight our incredible community of strong women. As we know Pilates is so much more than just exercise - it’s also about the meaningful connections we share along the way.

Sue and Anne first met in our studio and what started as shared classes quickly turned into a fabulous friendship. Moments like this remind us how important it is to celebrate each other’s wins and foster connections within our community.

Weekly Exercise Program —> Back Pain

One of the most common conditions we treat, as it often stems from prolonged sitting, reduced joint mobility or weakness through the core, glutes and upper back.

The good news is that targeted strength and mobility work can significantly reduce flare ups and pain.

Try out Scarlett’s lower back strength program which targets a range of central areas:
1. Low row
2. V-pull-down
3. Dumbbell bent over row
4. Bird dog
5. Pelvic activation
6. Pelvic tilt
7. Dead bugs
