This International Menās Day, we recognise the challenges many men face and the importance of reaching out for support.
In 2023, men accounted for around 75% of su***des in Australia. Too often, men feel pressure to stay strong or keep their feelings to themselves but carrying that weight alone can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Remember, seeking support is not a sign of weakness, itās a sign of strength. Take a moment to reflect on how youāre really doing and know that support is always here when you need it.
If you or someone you know needs support, please call Lifeline anytime on 13 11 14, or text us on 0477 13 11 14, or visit https://ap1.hubs.ly/y0ply30 for our online chat service or for resources to self-manage what youāre going through. AII our crisis support services are available 24/7.

Applications to become a volunteer telephone Crisis Supporter are now open for Intakes 1 and 2 2026 with Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli.
We started off with breakfast at Batherās Pavilion to thank and celebrate some of our special donors. Hosting this event in such a landmark location in Mosman was important for us in acknowledgement of our recent name extension ā Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli.
Lifeline Australiaās national partnership with the Scentre Group came to life last week with the first ever Pop-Up Book Fair at Warringah Mall. This was a fantastic opportunity to raise much needed funds and awareness of our organisation in community. We thank our local Scentre team for the opportunity.
The Mosman Festival was off to a glittering start, and we loved supporting this community event with a āRetail Raveā in our gorgeous Mosman Shop.
