SUPPLEMENTS
We’ve all heard of them — and many of us take them — but often in the wrong way. I’ve spent the better part of 40 years trying to sort out fact from fiction, while fighting to undo damage caused by this mixed up industry.
Did you know that separating foods, herbs, and minerals into isolated “nutrients” was actually a pharmaceutical trick that the natural health industry later adopted?
Why? Simple — profit.
By singling out one or two nutrients - even worse, synthetically or from waste products, the body’s natural balance is disrupted, setting off a cascade of compensatory reactions. In other words, by trying to heal, your body ends up having to heal from the supplement itself.
Here’s another truth: roughly 90% of supplements are synthetic. Despite marketing claims, they’re not truly bio-identical. They’re imitations that mimic the body’s needs, often forcing the body’s various organs and systems to stop working - triggering acidosis, shock responses, aggravations, and even adrenaline surges.
But let’s be real — we do all need supplementation in some form - but do you know what that means? No, I am not talking about making expensive urine (which is what pill & powder popping often is).
Back in the early 1900s, researchers already found that compared to the world’s richest soils, Australian soil was deficient in around 16 essential trace elements and compounds.
Over a century later — after chemical farming, mining, pollution, and repeated burns — much of our soil is little more than sand.
And that’s what grows our food.
Yet, we’re told by “scientists” that there’s no difference between organic and conventionally grown food. Really? Unless they’re ready to tell the truth rather than toe the industry line, they might want to stay in their lane.
So, what are supplements, really?
They’re anything that enhances and complements a healthy diet — think herbs, teas, mineral blends, wholefood smoothies, sprouts, oils, extracts, ferments, or even mineral-rich spring water. Not synthetic, lab-created capsules of one or two isolated “nutrients.” My Earth Wisdom series of downloadable publications delve deeper into do-it-at-home options.
Yes, there are excellent supplements out there — but they’re rare, and you need to do your homework. That’s exactly why I created my own herbal & nutritional frequency range. Not to jump on the ‘wellness' bandwagon, but because I was tired of seeing overpriced, influencer or celebrity-endorsed, quick-profit products — often made by people with little real understanding of natural health.
My Supplemental Formulations:
🌿 MOSAIC – an organic anti-inflammatory blend of shilajit, fucoidan, aloe, amla, chlorella, and ashwagandha.
🍄 DIVINA – an organic sacred blend of seven medicinal mushrooms and fungi.
⚡ ARGENT – homœopathic electrum: precious metal frequencies infused in pure colloidal silver.
🌱 ESTIMA – combines Mosaic, Divina, and Ultimus (a potent herbal formula for convalescence and cellular repair).
🔥 LUMEN – inspired by the traditional Fire Cider folk remedy, now reimagined as a frequency blend made with radionics. It carries the energetic signatures of garlic, onion, chilli, citrus, apple, ginger, thyme, and cinnamon, plus added support from white pine, oregano, anise, radish, curcumin, methylene blue, natto, quercetin, fennel, and rosemary.
Infused with Traditional Chinese Medicine frequencies, it’s designed to support upper respiratory health. As its name suggests — Lumen Essence truly shines from within (luminescence).
Each of these blends costs about the same as many single-ingredient products on the market — yet they’re made from organic, ethically sourced ingredients, crafted from scratch, and grounded in genuine knowledge and training.
For perspective, just one of the fungi used in Divina costs thousands of dollars per kg, as does quality shilajit. Some ingredients are so rare it is not possible to buy them any more.
For context, my formulations are backed by formal qualifications in herbal medicine, organic farming and gardening, and natural nutrition, alongside my long-standing practice in homœopathy.
You’ll find them on my website under Apothecary → Herbal & Mineral. There are others such as the Infusum (“I wouldn’t be without it - I feel fantastic!” is the most common type of feedback).
Along with this range, I also stock Ancient Lakes Magnesium water - a lake sourced bio-available liquid that the body absorbs and utilises like nothing else, costing far less than practitioner brands on the market, with arguably better results.
You may well ask why, if I am against the singling out of one or two nutrients, I still promote magnesium. Mg is arguably the most used mineral in the body - it is part of almost every bodily function and is burned through very quickly.
Symptoms of low levels of Mg are so widespread and vast you could write a book on it (look it up!) - but include cramping, pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, migraines, numbness & tingling, fatigue & weakness, tremors, palpitations, high blood pressure, blood sugar fluctuations and constipation. Now, think of just how many ‘diseases’ mirror these symptoms! Cha-ching!
And yes, I do plan to stock a very affordable, curated range of supplements very soon. Not beholden to any one or two companies, but by picking those which have proven to be the most effective and beneficial in my practice; in short, nothing I would not use myself!
Because supplements should be synergistic, ethical, and effective — not synthetic, trendy, and overpriced.
