This week is .

This is a week of events and online activities, all designed to boost the health and wellbeing of women and gender-diverse people.

This year's focus is on the top five concerns in women’s health:
▪️ menopause and perimenopause
▪️ pelvic health
▪️ health checks
▪️ mental wellbeing
▪️ physical activity

Take this week as a reminder to schedule your next health check, revisit your exercise plan, or spend time focusing on your mental wellbeing.

For many of us, health has been so front of mind that part of our personal health care has fallen off the radar: health checks.
